Instructor: Nancy Sloane
All photographs are in some way self-portraits, expressions of who we are at any given point in time. Using photography as a walking meditation to explore who we are as reflected in what we see, we will take a look at our inner world through our responses to the outer world. Whatever your journey, whether you are in the throes of healing or living joyfully in the present moment, this restorative and rejuvenating class puts you in touch with your inner wisdom, stimulates awareness and helps unblock the flow of ideas for inspired action. We will combine writing with photographs to create keepsake albums of our experiences. What to Bring: Digital camera, sturdy shoes and proper attire for hiking in nature (hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, water bottle, etc.).
