Satori is a Zen Japanese word that describes the instant awakening that occurs when the body, mind, heart and spirit are in their natural state of balance and harmony. Through this presentation, with optional ongoing group coaching, participants learn how to remove the blocks of stress, worry, fear, and doubt that inhibit the flow of energy resulting in greater clarity, communication, and overall well-being.
There are three sources of stress: 1) your environment; 2) your body; and 3) your thoughts. During this one to four hour presentation, participants will have the opportunity to identify their present sources, symptoms and solutions to stress, and create new ways to respond to, prevent and release the tension that causes stress.
This seminar re-boots the wisdom of your body to put participants in touch with what they need to live a life of ease rather than dis-ease.
