Program Details

We begin our lives in a natural state of balance in harmony with ourselves and the world. Over time, we become conditioned out of this natural state with limiting beliefs about ourselves and others. Often we feel as though we need to be, do or have more before we can be happy. We get caught up in an if / then cycle of beliefs that some outside reality is responsible for creating our inner joy. We may think, for example, that if only we could “lose weight,” “make more money,” “find the right romantic partner,” or “secure a great job,” then we will be happy.

To find true happiness, the continuous joy that comes from within and helps us navigate the ebb and flow of our physical reality, we must have the inner resources that come from a place of balance. Joy springs from this place of wholeness and harmony within ourselves which becomes reflected back by our outer experience. Without this shift, we can become caught up in a never-ending cycle of constantly striving without ever arriving at a place of inner peace and contentment.

This 30-Day Journey will awaken your body, mind, heart, and spirit to their natural state of balance. It is a truly transformational four-week experience that will improve your overall sense of well-being, and increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, and energy!

SESSION ONE:  Days 1 – 7

Group Coaching:  Restoring Physical Balance

Your body is always moving towards balance. Even when you go from one extreme to the other, you will often come back to the center and find balance. What generally throws us off balance is chronic stress and chronic tension. In this session you will learn how to reduce stress and increase energy to enjoy life to the fullest.

Daily Practice:  Energetics (video)

This is the practice of releasing tension and increasing energy. Include the entire sequence of breathing, yoga, massage and deep relaxation each day this week or do at least one of the four segments daily.

Nutrition:  Fuel Your Body

This week is about eating for energy and enjoyment. There is a list of suggested foods as well as recipes and recommended cookbook.

Exercise:  Endurance Training

You will choose the kind of cardio exercise you enjoy, how many times and for how long you commit to this training during the week.

Map Your Journey:  Journal, Blog or Post

It’s useful to keep a record of your experiences and it’s a way to get rewarded at the end. You can choose to journal, blog, or post a comment.

Chart Your Journey:  Daily Progress

Use a calendar or daily form to keep track of your progress. When you fulfill any or all of The Four Commitments for the day, you can check them off as completed.

Daily Messages:  Stay On Track

Besides the group coaching sessions you will receive a daily email message from Carol, Satori Wisdom and Good Morning Yoga (two-minute videos) to help you stay on track. You can also email Carol with questions throughout the week.

 

SESSION TWO:  Days 8 – 14

Group Coaching:  Creating Mental Wholeness

Your mind can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. It all depends on how well you train it. The imagination is the sacred corner of your mind where dreams are made. It is useful to imagine what you do want, rather than what you don’t want. Worry is the misuse of the imagination. This week is about removing the block of worry to restore the flow of creative energy to manifest and attract your highest good.

Daily Practice:  Masterminding (video)

This is the practice of letting go of worry by focusing your thoughts on what you choose to create. Spend at least 5 minutes every day this week visualizing and use Energetics as a way to get you into a relaxed state before you practice. Otherwise the video will lead you through Alternate Nostril Breathing to get you into the alpha state.

Nutrition:  Feed Your Brain

This week you will be eating foods that are known to enhance brain function. There is a list of foods provided along with recipes and recommended cookbook.

Exercise:  Strength Training

This week the focus is on strength training. You will choose the form you enjoy or try something new i.e. a class or DVD and commit to the number of days and time you will devote to this type of training.

SESSION THREE:  Days 15 – 21

Group Coaching:  Developing Emotional Harmony

Emotions are the language of your soul. When you pay attention to them and understand their message, they serve as a guidance system. Fear blocks the flow of loving energy that comes from your heart. This week is about releasing fearful emotions and returning to your natural state of harmony.

Daily Practice:  Emotionalizing (video)

Practice the Five Tibetan Rites with Awareness, Releasing, Enhancing and Expression every day this week. Start with three repetitions for the first week and then add two per week until you get to 21.

Nutrition:  Nourish Your Heart

This week you will be consuming foods and drinks that support a healthy heart. You will have a list to choose from as well as recipes and cookbook to refer to.

Exercise:  Flexibility Training

Increase your flexibility this week with yoga and/or stretching. You choose how often and how long you commit to this form of exercise for the week.

SESSION FOUR:  Days 22 – 28

Group Coaching:  Cultivating Spiritual Freedom

This week is all about awakening your spirit and remembering who you really are. Doubt is the block to making this connection and can be dissolved in stillness. When you quiet down the mental chatter of the ego and listen to the wisdom of your soul, you will experience the freedom of being your authentic self.

Daily Practice:  Innercises (video)

Practice Innercises every day this week for at least five minutes. It is best to sit in stillness first thing in the morning before you start your day. Create a quiet, sacred space in your home where you feel at peace to really enjoy this meditation.

Nutrition:  Free Your Spirit!

This week you will be cleansing your body by eliminating certain foods and eating more raw, whole foods. You may choose to do a one-day fast using fresh green juices and smoothies.

Healing and Adventure:  You deserve it!

You get to choose a healing practice and an adventure this week. You may want to do more than one of each. That’s entirely up to you.

SESSION FIVE:  Days 29 – 30

Group Coaching:  Moving Forward

In this session you will learn how to take what you’ve learned and incorporate it into the rest of your life.
